　　註：

　　(1)公司註册处处长可根据《公司条例》(香港法例第 622 章) 第110(2)或772(2) 条或《前身条例》(即指在《公司条例》(第622章)的生效日期前不时有效的《公司条例》(第32章))第22AA(2) 条在有关公司没有遵从处长的指示更改名称时，以一个由该公司的註册编号组成的新名称取代其英文名称、中文名称或中英文名称。

　　(2)名单不包括在公司名称被取代后已更改名称的公司。

　　(3)名单每月更新一次。请登入公司註册处的网上查册中心 www.icris.cr.gov.hk，查阅公司名称，以确定公司名称是否经已更改。

　　(4)如有查询，请联络本处 (电邮地址 crenq@cr.gov.hk)。

　　Notes:

　　(1)Pursuant to sections 110(2) or 772(2) of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622, Laws of Hong Kong) or section 22AA(2) of the predecessorOrdinance　(i.e. the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32) as in force from time to time before the commencement date of the Companies Ordinance(Cap. 622)), the Registrar of Companies can replace the English name, Chinese name or English and Chinese names of a company by a newname which consists of its company registration number if the company in question fails to comply with the Registrar's direction to change itsname

　　(2)The list does not include companies which changed their names subsequent to the replacement of names by the Registrar.

　　(3)This list will be updated on a monthly basis. Please conduct a company name search on the Companies Registry’s Cyber Search Centre atwww.icris.cr.gov.hk to ascertain whether there has been a change of name.
